This apparatus is a device for measuring load occurring on a faceplate when being pressed by
a cutting edge at the time of cardboard cutting with a die cutting blade. The bottom portion
consists of a fixed faceplate, while the cutting edge of the top portion is moved up and down
so as to pierce cardboard. With the rotary encoder attached to the top portion main axis and the
load cell at the faceplate bottom portion, cardboard cutting load characteristics can be measured.
This apparatus is also equipped with paper-feed functions, enabling the performance of die
blade-edge endurance tests during continuous operations.
